My name is Katherine Haidar, born in the States from Traditional Greek born parents. I'm a wife and mother of four children. We grew up on Greek food day in and day out. I started cooking when I was around age 10 and never stopped.Between working in Greek restaurants, owning restaurants and catering special events for family, friends and different companies, I have gained many years of experience in Traditional Greek Cooking. I decided to teach Traditional Greek Cooking Classes about a year and half ago when we moved to Tallahassee, Florida and found that there weren't any Traditional Greek restaurants in the area. Since I couldn't afford to open up my own restaurant I figured the next best thing is to teach the people Traditional recipes that were handed down in our family. Along with teaching my students how to make Traditional Greek Meals we also provided lunch delivery to offices and catered special events like a launch party for a first studio cd release for "Curious Echo Radio Theater" based in Tallahassee, Florida. Now that we have made Indianapolis our home I decided to bring a little bit of Greece into everyones home by teaching them how to make Traditional Greek Meals.
